Dr. Williams offers three different levels of coaching, focused on specific and quantifiable goals. Most executives benefit from a series of sessions where we set achievable goals and end with an action plan that will help you meet those goals.
Focus on Success
This 3-month coaching engagement is designed to explore a specific challenge. You might want to prepare for an upcoming promotion, or get that executive presentation aligned to your leadership goals. Any professional goal is fine, as long as it has a final “deliverable” or tangible result.

Set a goal with a specific deliverable. Examples might be: Executive presentation Personal development plan Strategy map

Meet virtually up to 6 times, using Zoom, to move toward that goal.

The first session is 90 minutes, after that 60 minutes.

Connect anytime via SMS text or email with questions or concerns.

End the engagement with a document or written result.
Strategic Foundation
This 6-month coaching engagement is designed to lay a strong foundation for career growth. We’ll focus on what success means to you and develop a map for the road ahead. Although there is no set deliverable at the end of this engagement, you should better understand where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.

Guided Journey
This 12-month coaching engagement will help you make the most of your career. We’ll focus on what success means to you and uncover growth opportunities and strategies to overcome challenges. No set deliverable at the end, but you should better understand your leadership style and how to develop and navigate your career path.
